Cancellations: If you cancel your rental for any reason and would like your deposit fully refunded, we require at least 24-hours notice prior to the event. If a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours prior to an event, your deposit (if one was given) is subject to forfeit.
The only exception to the depost forfeiture policy is if we receive a cancellation at least two hours prior to our arrival due to an inclement weather forecast.
If the Sky Rental driver arrives at your location and you then decide to cancel (for any reason), your deposit will be forfeited.
Set Up Requirements:
- Each inflatable unit must be setup within 100 feet of a functioning and dedicated electrical outlet.
- Although a slight slope is not a problem, a relatively flat surface is required for all inflatable units.
- The inflatables may be setup on surfaces including grass, concrete, and asphalt.
- Allow for at least two feet of extra space around the perimeter of the inflatable.
- The entrance side should face an open area.
- Ensure the setup area is clear of any animal remains, debris, and rocks.
If we arrive at the event location and it is determined that we are unable to safely set up, your deposit will be forfeited. If no deposit was required or submitted, you will be charged a $35.00 Transportation Fee.
Safety/Hazards: At Sky Party Rental, our aim is facilitate a fun and SAFE experience at your event. Keep in mind that our equipment is not manufactured to be used in adverse, inclement, or unsafe weather conditions. Surfaces of inflatables become dangerously slippery when wet; static electricity properties of the material may attract lightning; and high winds can cause inflatables to become unstable or even take flight under rare circumstances. While we make every effort to keep your event fun and SAFE, these are extremely important considerations when using our equipment.
Sky Party Rental reserves the right to cancel or postpone the use of our equipment as a matter of safety, when it is apparent, for example, that lightning and heavy rain could cause a hazardous condition to your event's attendees.
Payment: Sky Party Rental accepts cash or check if the deposit is made at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
