Inflatables Contractual Agreement
For your safety and maximum enjoyment, please read this entire contract.
TERMS: I understand and acknowledge that the use of this Sky Party Rental unit may result in known or unanticipated risks to my guests or me. Those risks include, but are not limited to: falling, slipping, or colliding, which could result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, accidental death, and/or property damage to my guests or me. I acknowledge and certify that I have adequate homeowner's, tenant or other liability insurance to cover bodily injury or property damage, which might occur to my guests or me, from the use of this Sky Party Rental inflatable unit. I voluntarily release Sky Party Rental, LLC, including its officers, owners and employees from any and all liability, claims or legal actions, whether personal to me or to a third party, who are connected with the rental of the Sky Party Rental unit. I agree to reimburse any legal fees and court costs, which may be incurred by Sky Party Rental in the defense of any such liability, claim, or legal action.
I, Lessee, agree to bear all costs for the replacement or repair of the rental equipment if stolen, lost or damaged. Replacement cost for the inflatable unit is up to $3,500.00. Costs for other supplies shall be equal to new purchase prices.
The equipment shall be located at the address listed and shall not be moved until picked up by the designated Sky Party Rental driver. The equipment shall not be sublet to another party.
CANCELLATION:For no charges to be incurred, cancellations will be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event time. If cancellation occurs within a 24-hour prior to the scheduled delivery time, I will be responsible for either (a) the full rental fee or (b) the deposit, depending on weather conditions at the time of event .
A DELIVERY/TRANSPORTATION FEE will be assessed for locations greater than 35 minutes from our base ocation (based on Google Maps); it will also be assessed for deliveries not cancelled before our driver arrives at event, or if setup is determined to be unsafe or not possible for whatever reason at the customer-designated location.
PAYMENT: Cash or Checks are accepted –There is a $50 fee for returned checks.

ALWAYS REMEMBER: SAFETY FIRST! A FUN EVENT IS A SAFE EVENT
LESSEE SHALL PROVIDE ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES!
ONLY ALLOW CHILDREN OF SAME AGE GROUP.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OR NEAR THE INFLATABLE:

DO NOT EXCEED DESIGNATED UNIT CAPACITY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AGE GROUP/WEIGHT.
NO FLIPS, SOMERSAULTS, OR ROUGH PLAY IN THE UNIT
NO CLIMBING THE UNIT .
ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO ANIMAL FECES IN THE SET UP AREA.
KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM BLOWERS, GENERATORS, AND CONCESSION EQUIPMENT.
KEEP CHILDREN VERTICAL IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
INFLATABLE UNIT BLOWERS MUST BE PLUGGED IN TO A FULLY DEDICATED CIRCUIT. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH INFLATION OF THE INFLATABLE UNIT, CHECK YOUR CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NO OTHER LOAD ON THE CIRCUIT. IF THE INFLATABLE UNIT DEFLATES, THE SUPERVISOR THAT LESSEE HAS ASSIGNED TO WATCH THE CHILDREN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE ALL CHILDREN CALMLY EXIT THE INFLATABLE UNIT.
DELIVERY:: Lessee (customer) grants lessor (Sky Party Rental) the right to enter specified property for the delivery and removal of Sky Party Rental unit at approximately specified times.

I attest that I am over 18 years of age. I acknowledge and certify that I have read this entire document (Sky Party Rental contractual agreement) and that I understand its content. This lease contains the entire agreement of the parties hereto. I agree that I am binding myself personally as a party to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
